No experience required. The water is calm, shallow at entry, and the visibility does the work. A wetsuit is useful in early and late season; in peak summer, you won't want one.

A Note on Snorkeling Equipment
We strongly encourage guests to bring their own mask and fins. A personal fit means better visibility, more comfort, and a fundamentally better experience underwater. Rental counters exist, but they are a compromise. If you're coming for the snorkeling, and you should, bring your own gear.
